Data we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, company (if provided), topic and message. The server also processes technical data such as IP address for security and to deliver the website.
Purpose and legal basis
We use form data only to reply to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Technical data is processed for the security and operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention
Messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request and then for no longer than 24 months, unless a contractual relationship follows.
Recipients
Data is processed by Sunrise staff and by providers acting on our behalf: website hosting and the email delivery service used by the form. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@sunrisemgt.org. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.
Cookies and local storage
This website uses no profiling or analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. It stores in your browser only technical preferences: the light or dark theme and the fact that you have closed the cookie notice. These are strictly necessary and do not require consent.
